Ive been using this app free for years. Today, I found out they had charged me $149.00 for the first time. No notice of a change from FREE! Not cool. I will be calling the bank to have the fee reversed. They just charged me another $149.00!

I dont! If you want a good system use team viewer. you can have multiple devices logged in at the same time. TeamViewer is smoother and quicker!

We use this app every day, to manage multiple PC (Mac or Win). Never Fails

App is pretty useless in regard to my mac & looks like it has been in need of an update for sometime prior to ios10 - pls address guys.

I got this application after a friend recommended it. After using it to remotely access my computers for work, I have found it to be user friendly and, basically, a lifesaver. Anyone who must travel for work and yet needs the feeling of being "back at your desk" will love using this!

Amazing that I can log into my Windows PC from my iPad or iPhone! Learned the keyboard and mouse shortcuts in under a day. Fully functional interface!

Such a powerful capability, but wrapped in simplicity and aesthetic beauty. I love using it. I can figure everything out because the UI (user interface) is simply world class. Ive tried many remote control programs. Imho, if you want to control your PCs and Macs remotely, you cannot find a more wonderful, usable and useful app.

Still waiting on a fix from LogMeIn for the incompatibility issue when connecting to a Mac running Sierra.

The service works ok, hence the 2 stars. But they automatically put you on annual autopay, then refuse any refund if you want to cancel sooner. They claim to have sent an email to me notifying me of a renewal last April, but I just verified that I never received any such email. So they have charged me their full, expensive annual fee without notifying me, and now less than 6 months after the renewal date, they will not issue even a partial refund for the remaining time. I dont even use the service, and I just want to cancel... but I have to continue paying for ~7 more months. Also, they have no way of cancelling or changing autopay settings on their site; you have to call them and wait on hold to talk to somebody in order to make any billing changes. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was given the runaround and then put on hold for 20-30 minutes before I finally got a supervisor on the phone who was not willing to help. Very archaic and short-sighted approach to customer care if you ask me. Chrome remote desktop is free, easier to use, and doesnt use gotcha billing tactics.

This company charged over $30 for this app originally. Now theyve changed directions and have limited the usage of using the app; furthermore, if you want to continue using the app as before theyre making you pay $149 a year. Jerks. Luckily this market is saturated with others. Buyer beware.

Get this app. For a business owner its awesome and user friendly - never have a problem like similar apps. Great for non techie types.

This is a fantastic product when you are away from the office. Copy files from one computer to another remotely. Better internet speed at office or home? Doesnt matter I can access both computers from either location. Worth every penny.

Usable even on a smartphone. I just dont like it when a company offers free software then suddenly forces you to pay to continue using it. Smacks of a drug pusher who gives free samples to get you hooked then start charging. So to speak. Its exactly the same thing.

It keeps asking me to reset my password. I login fine on my other desktops. The mobile app obviously needs to be updated.
