The one glaring issue here is that you cant get rid of the giant menu bar at the bottom of the screen. Otherwise ruining a 1080p to 1080p display, for example. They need to hide the tool bar unless needed -- gestured with some sort of swipe.

Lol. TeamViewer is free, and works on all devices and OSs. LogMeIn is ripping people off.

Logmein is a very good company, they have a few great product on their websites. I personally use few of their products. The app is very easy to use can let remotely connect back to your computer.

I think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I can access my work computer anywhere with my iPad. Works great and saves me lots of trips to my office.

Ive been a LogMeIn user for several years now. Ive loved the ease of use and the way they do a thousand complicated operations in a way that makes it seem easy. This app in particular is an impressively effective set of decisions on the best way to handle the very different UI approaches involved. You do things very differently on an iPhone screen than you do on a Windows desktop, for example. And while controlling your desktop from this app isnt quite as easy as sitting in front of it and using the keyboard and mouse, they made all the right decisions to translate the two. And, it works. The fact that something like this is possible in the first place is pretty great.

A little pricey but stable and works great. You get offered a deal if you wait a few days in the trial period. Better than google chrome

No where can you get to your account subscription OR cancel your subscription!!! This is also not possible on their website!! DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION!!

Otherwise this is an excellent app that makes life a lot easier for me!

As my parents got older they started to decline in their computing abilities. But they wanted to keep up with friends and family on the web. This program has saved us multiple physical trips when they were having trouble. For example, my mom called me frantic that she must have a virus. The computer lost the ability to send emails. I talked with her and couldnt figure it out. I remoted in a realized she had gotten word mixed up with outlook express. And since they had similar looks did not realize she was in the wrong program. Took 15 minutes to figure it out. While otherwise she would have been worrying and I would have had to visit which would have taken a few hours. Everyone was pleased and she was happy it was only a mix up and could send her email. (I also use this for work and it rocks that I can look up answers to questions while in meetings) I am / and will continue to be a loyal customer for years.

Thanks to this handy tool I get to travel and still get info I need for my work. Very pleased. Thanks yall. Great job

The app doesnt work on my iPhone. Dont know why I have emailed them and havent heard back yet. Works on iPad but may not be set up for phones .

I love the app. Ive used it for several years. LogMeIn should once again offer free access to home users, in my opinion. $49.99 per PC/yr is a little much considering google chrome Remote Desktop is free with unlimited computers.

Its wonderful because it lets me access my Windows-based work computer and my Mac at home from virtually anywhere. Ive even used my iPhone on numerous occasions to check for an e-mail, send a file, etc.

Splashtop works much better ... Gave this a try as a friend was using.... The friend is now switching to splashtop as well...

Cant do without

I use this app on the job on a daily basis. I work at a museum that has a lot of touchscreen computers that visitors can interact with. When things get busy, some of the CPUs get bogged down and freeze. Im often away from the office and need to be able to get in to troubleshoot or reset. This app is the best. The service isnt cheap but overall is well worth it. I much prefer the iPhone version over the iPad version. One might not think it, but its much easier to use. Particularly the virtual mouse. Ive gotta run now. Get the app and service and you wont be disappointed.

Just installed this app on my new iPhone 6s Plus, it seems to work great, once you learn how to use it :-) face
