In fact I was lost and its been very hard to control my computers and servers! But with logmein app life is SIMPLE AND FREE; simple to control and to use computers any where smoothly and free because it can be done via any device especially mobiles and tablets! I LOVE THIS APP

This app is extremely helpful for our small business. Easy to set up and use.

Are used to use go to my PC. We have switched over to log me in. We are much happier with log me in. Not to mention its half the price. We highly recommend this app.

So nice to be able to log into my home computer from anywhere I have an Internet connection! I use this regularly to catch up on my e-mails, grab a file I forgot to copy to my iPad, etc.

It does exactly what its supposed to do... Interface is incredibly intuitive. Bravo!

I use a free app that chrome makes to get into a computer but whenever that is shut off log me in is still able to access the computer. I have use this for a few years now and I Love how well it works. It is so helpful and hes all the time for renderings and control and Sini myself files. Everything is accessible.

In previous versions, LogMeIn was able to exchange files between Cloud Storage services (Dropbox, Box.com, Drive etc.) and a LogMeIn Pro equipped computer. With the latest update, theyve removed this functionality completely. Our company used this feature quite heavily and with it removed, were going to have to find another source. So much for caring about your user base, especially the user base paying upwards of $7k annually.

Great app. Very responsive. Please change popup keyboard to match the new FULL KEYBOARD on the iPadPro The built-in keyboard looks "scaled up" and doesnt have all keys accessible like iOS keyboard on iPadPro! PLEASE!!!

Im owned and used log me in for quite a while and liked it. when I upgraded my PC now I find that I have to purchase the version for my PC its over hundred dollars. Must be a profit thing. I deleted it.

Logmein used to be one of those companies that youd have only good things to say but this is no longer the case. Someone in the company decided its better to cash in and make every single loyal user angry by charging them unreasonable fees to continue using something theyve either already paid for (as in the Ignition app) or used for free with limitations or what I did which was a combination of their paid and free services. Now theyve totally removed the free services and Im paying $350/yr from MY pocket to remotely access 5 PCs. Its absolute highway robbery!! For that price I should get 50 PCs. THEN itd be a good value. I cannot wait until a good competitor emerges and wipes this greedy company off the planet. Theyd deserve it. ALL of their services are WAY overpriced!! Im willing to bet that the positive reviews are coming from either Logmein employees, a hired PR firm or people who use the service but their company pays the bill. People like me that pay astronomical fees out of our own pockets for something weve already paid for many times over are NOT happy. When I voiced my concerns regarding the ridiculous pricing with their customer service they tried selling me this spiel that the costs are justified by their "active development" and R&D. Ha! The service has barely changed in years outside of additional overpriced poorly performing services like Cubby and all that "active development" leaves an app thats buggy with an automated login that works 50% of the time (most of the time I have to enter my passwords to login to the desktop manually) and then I cant even use my Google Drive account because, according to Google, they block certain applications that dont utilize current security standards. Sure I can set my Google account to allow weaker application authentication but who wants to do that? Oh this must be all that "active development and R&D" that Im paying ridiculous amounts of money for right? $350 annually for a lousy 5 PCs?!

Easy access from my phone, its priceless.

Use to love LogMeIn now they want 100$ a computer and extra fees. Not worth it.

This program has allowed me to manage our companys 3D print farm remotely. Which means even when employees not trained to operate, calibrate, or troubleshoot the machines are there I can maintain productivity, as well as train certain employees remotely. With that said, Im not going to stay with LMI. The only reason I am using it now is that my business partner is footing the bill. I recently looked into how expensive it would be for me to split the cost with him and its outrageous. Were talking multiple hundreds of dollars for something we were doing for free several months ago. Unacceptable. Total wrong move. Were looking at other options now. Good luck keeping the customers dumb enough to pay the exorbitant fees!

We are an IT company and this was the first tool we use to support our customers more than 5 year ago, but in the last year Logmein exaggerated their prices and have removed services which are necessary and were used, such as cloud services ( Dropbox, OneDrive, etc). If Logmein do not remedy these problemswe assure that will be our last year with you. Im too frustrated with this because my business depends on remote support and Logmein it will not matter.

A true bait and switch here. Bad news here. I bought the app "Ignition" (same as this one) for $30 under the guise that there were no more fees. I used it just a couple times a month and then they switched to a pay-to-use model instead and added this app. I grudgingly paid $100 or so for a year because I was stuck in a remote place and needed to access my files. Didnt think much about it until a year later they charged my card $249!!!!!! Ridiculous! I researched more and found TeamViewer that does a better job for free. I then cancelled my account and asked for a refund and they say they have a NO REFUND policy. SCAM! SCAM!

This is one of the most helpful on and off the job. I would rather not live without it! Honestly its security and capability at technology is unsurpassed.

This company is not too loyal to early adopters who help fund it. When you make a deal with early users you should honor it. Be aware they feel no compunction to changing the agreement if it suits them.

The best app so far that I tried to remote my computer

It does what it is supposed to do. Easy and simple interface. Im not sure if the screen size would as friendly if the phone screen is less than 6s plus but it works well for me. Perfect for assisting remote computers of my parents 500 miles away and controlling Mac across the room when streaming via hdmi to TV.

Incredible app. Inexpensive for the service. Convenient. Beats walking around with a laptop/comp.
