I paid $30 for the original Ignition IOS App with no annual fees. The developer has discontinued that App and now wants users to migrate to Logmein Pro and pay $99 for the first year and then $149 annually.

This is a tremendous application both on my PC and mobile device. Absolutely recommend.

I can control two offices from my cell phones and iPad. Awesome, only drawback is the customer service. I needed to change my LogMeIn email address cause the one they had no longer worked, took three months to resolve.The acted like I was trying to break into my own company, even after filling out and signing a form which states who I am. The technology is great though. They just need to keep their power hungry customer service reps at bay.

App makes it easy to remote to your computer from anywhere.

Not sure why this app is free if you cant even use it unless you pay $150. I used to use this app when it had free basic login features, and now they charge $150 a year just to use them. It was a decent app to use hence the two stars, but the price is nowhere near worth the use. I am deleting this app now, since it is essentially useless.

Im glad to see that there have been new improvements. Im glad that they are still working on making this app even better. Ever since I got my iPad Pro, I have used this relentlessly - I have seen much better connection and can leave laptop at home confidently

I am again unable to login from a tablet. Why not? Logging in from my laptop is error free but from my iPad I get nothing but error messages. Not a positive experience. Further this company insists I change my passwords on their schedule. Thank you for treating me like a child.

Total control of my computer. I use my iPad and because I do not have a mouse a few things take a few more strokes but it allows me to be more mobile and functional.

I am stuck with it but try not to use the app version. The desk top is slow and tedious enough. The app is way to difficult to use so I try not to as much as I can.

Been using this for 2 years now and it has made remote control of most aspects of my 24 hr business an absolute pleasure!

Love this app. I use it daily as a small business owner needing to log in remotely to my retail point of sale station It always comes through like a champ. Seamless.

Functional and reliable, I remote into my office network and work efficiently from anywhere using my ipad pro.

Provides easy access to my desktop when I have to work on weekends.

The service went from being free to bring way to costly.

Love this app it works great and has saved me countless times.

This app works ok I guess, but as a casual user I was happy to find several competitors with similar apps that charge nothing. As opposed to LMIs $200/yr. Try downloading the remote app from their competitor instead, the one with the search engine that rhymes with noodle.

I have used several type programs before, but Logmein has it nailed. It is the easiest to operater app of its kind. Its easy to customize the way you want use it.

LogMeIn is easy to use and works in both of my worlds - MAC and WIN. It has saved me on several occasions when I needed something from home (WA) while I was in MD or MA. Carl

Highly unreliable. We tried using this app to access a brand new iMac. The computer must be awake to access, which all by itself cripples the functionality of the service. Even if the computer is awake, being able to use this app to connect to it is highly unreliable. Regular computer restarts are necessary in order to get a connection. If you do manage to connect the app is only moderately useful due to the cumbersome use of the mouse and extended delay in all commands. The level of service is one I would expect from a service that is free.
